Saya sudah..you all sudah ke belum?

assalamualaikum wbt =)

so kali ni nak cerite sikit la about senam robik which is one of my aim for 2011..
saye sudah bergelar atlit xrasmi, so anda bile lagi..ni ayat instructor tu la..die kate, once u all da join any sport, so u da bergelar an atlit..tetibe cam nak bangge sikit..hahahha.mane x nyer, da final year baru la tehegeh2 nak active sane sini..tol x? when you all active, bagus utk diri u jugak..cz nanti nak wat resume or present urself pon senang..cz at least xdela you nak focus study without social2 sikit kan..hehhee..cakap mcm bagus je..sebenarnyer hampeh..hahaha

ok, my first impression kat senam robik nih, mule2 tersangatla excited.nak tau sebab ape, belum pon start lagi, kaki da terseliuh =)

and mule2 ingat gak yang senam robik tuh setakat mcm jogging2 and wat gaye2 sikit kan..sbnrnyer x tau..actually korang boleh selitkan unsur2 hip hop, zapin, poco2, matrix and whatsoever..ni cakap serius nih..xtipu tapi elements of senam robik tuh mesti dikekalkan..

korang penah tgk you got serve x? xpon bring it on? so die lebih kurang mcm tuh la..dance yang digunakan still bole use in aerobik..best2..ni yang xsabar nak aerobik nih..hehehhe..xpon boleh gak masukkan mcm street dance..hahahha

so, macam tulah cite die..kawan-kawan sume bile lak nak join, jom same2 kite join ye.. =)
